Your Heat and Air Guy is a full service HVAC company. Tom Schulz started the company with his wife Joanne.  Tom is the third generation in his family to be in the HVAC business. His experience spans over thirty years and encompasses every aspect of the trade from small residential systems to commercial high rise chillers and boilers. Tom has experience in plumbing and electrical contracting, including his experience as a Navy Seabee. He has published articles in local and national trade publications, served as trade association President. Tom is nationally known in the industry and loves the opportunity to service this area.
